The Winning Mindset
When it comes to succeeding in life there are three basic mindsets that people tend to have. These are the win/lose mentality, the lose/lose mentality and the win/win mentality.
当谈到在生活中取得成功时，人们往往有三种基本心态。它们是赢/输心态、输/输心态和赢/赢心态。
People with a win/lose mentality would be those that compare themselves to other people all the time. They believe that in order for them to succeed others must fail. To them, success is relative.
具有赢/输心态的人会是那些一直将自己与他人进行比较的人。他们认为为了让自己成功，别人必须失败。对他们来说，成功是相对的。
Those with a lose/lose mentality believe that they can never achieve anything worthwhile so why should they let you do so. They try to keep other people in the sinking boat that they are in.
具有输/输心态的人认为他们永远无法取得任何有价值的东西，那么他们为什么要让你做到呢？他们试图让其他人也留在他们所处的那艘正在下沉的船上。
People with the win/win mentality not only know that they are capable of and will succeed, but realise that their success does not depend on other people's failure. To the contrary, their success depends on other people's success.
具有赢/赢心态的人不仅知道他们有能力并且会成功，而且意识到他们的成功并不取决于别人的失败。相反，他们的成功取决于别人的成功。
If you are to succeed in life and become the person you are meant to be, then you must know that you will not get there alone. It is often said that the greatest people are always those that help others.
如果你要在生活中取得成功并成为你注定要成为的人，那么你必须知道你不会独自到达那里。人们常说，最伟大的人总是那些帮助他人的人。
Learn to be happy about others' success and look forward to your own success. Do not judge yourself based on what others have achieved, but rather based on what you want to achieve.
学会为别人的成功感到高兴，并期待自己的成功。不要根据别人取得的成就来评判自己，而要根据你自己想要实现的目标来评判自己。
Life is not a race against other people. It is a one man race. You determine the destination, the route, the time limits and the prize. We are all running a different race. How do you compete with someone that is not on the same track as you are?
