2.音标(L1) ：

清辅音(voiceless consonant):声带不振动的辅音，/f/

If/ɪf/  traffic /ˈtræfɪk/   fail /feɪl/

3.复述(L3) ：   I found this note on my car和You will enjoy your stay here if you pay attention to our street signs.没复述出来。后面的句子太长复述的不太好
