Awareness
There are three important qualities a free soul possesses: awareness, wisdom, and leniency. I deeply believe that everything is a matter of cognition in essence. Last sunday I had a fierce quarrel with my husband. The bad feeling is so overwhelming that I cannot help but sink into the deep sadness and embitterness. Many times I fall down over trivials which seems to be huge at that time. Again and again, the anguish of getting no sympathy, no affection sweep over me. I cannot pull myself together.
Why do I think I'm impotent with it? I always want to love myself. Isn't it the best time to love myself? I can imagine myself grow bigger and bigger until it is big enough to hold the flow of sadness, to comfort her and console her.
