Seek Wealth, Not Money or Status: Wealth is assets that earn while you sleep.  To win at a status game you have to put somebody else down. That’s why you should avoid status games in your life—because they make you into an angry combative person. People creating wealth will always be attacked by people playing status games. This is why silicon valley hates Status. I think the key for China (or any other country) goes better is to balance 'wealth' game and 'status' game. F/E: Ant Group. When we do business and get rich, how to avoid being attacked by people playing status games? Be cautious, have the capability to operate in many/any other places.

Wealth isn’t about taking something from somebody else. Ethical wealth creation makes abundance for the world. So always think about win-win, cooperation, and influence others.

Capitalism is in us in every exchange that we have. You give me some information. If we weren’t having a good information exchange, you’d go talk to somebody else. So, the notion of exchange, and keeping track of credits and debits, this is built into us as flexible social animals. -have to improve our value.

Everybody can be wealthy. Everybody can be retired. Everybody can be successful.

Too many takers and not enough makers will plunge a society into ruin -  I believe this is another angle to prove the western world is going down. -no production, big service industry, individuals only think about enjoying life, bad work ethic and low motivations.

Luck from preparation

A third way is that you become very good at spotting luck. If you are very skilled in a field, you will notice when a lucky break happens in that field.

Luck from your unique character

build a unique character, a unique brand, a unique mindset, where then luck finds you. You put yourself in a position to be able to capitalize on that luck. Or to attract that luck when nobody else has created that opportunity for themselves.
