>在生活中，也许你也常常会遇到这种情况，你跑到商店里，找到自己喜欢的商品，结果发现价格也是最高的。为什么？这说明你喜欢的，很多人也都很喜欢。很多人喜欢的，数量有限，于是便有了它的稀缺性。</p><p ><br /></p><p ><br /></p><p >最近房价涨势汹汹，国家调控连连，那土地是稀缺的吗？只要你坐飞机在祖国的上空飞过，就知道土地并不稀缺，祖国大陆很多土地广袤无际却荒无人烟。那稀缺的是什么呢？是位置。</p><p ><br /></p><p >你如果在北京，那么将享受到首都的医疗保险，享受到不一样的政策环境、孩子上学享受到高等教育，这也说明了为什么北京房价连连上涨。</p><p ><br /></p><p
