Security feeling

Sometimes I don't have security in many things , maybe because in my childhood , my parents weren't home for two years . I know I should do a lot of things by myself . And sometimes I don't trust other people .

From my theropy classes I found my this aspect . At present I can open a little my heart to trust the other people and myself . I want to believe there is no more danger and the environment is secure then I can do many things . This week I did many difficult things and there was security . I have a lot of encouragement .

In learning English process my English teacher gave me a lot of encouragement and messeages .We can have a good attitude in learning to speak English . He told me many methods and give me a lot of secure feelings . I thank him !/I am thankful to him .
