这一集讲万圣节那一天，Michael受公司之托开除一个员工，由于事情棘手，想要和同事维持良好关系的他内心备受煎熬。最后一刻他决定开Creed，但是在Creed的花言巧语下，矛头又转向了Devon。Michael本身就摇摆不定，这时更是处于两难的尴尬境地。最后Michael无法回头，只能勉强开了Devon。Devon被气走了，万圣节party黄了，其他人也都走了，Michael一个人跪在地上捡起被Devon撕掉的碎纸屑，清理被砸的车子。。结尾给小孩发糖那里还挺辛酸的。

Michael其实是一个挺悲剧的角色，他想象中的自己和别人眼中的自己有很大偏差，他却对此知道得很少。他共情能力低下，却时常把自己想象成受人尊敬、和蔼可亲的领导。Michael是本剧的主心骨，也是我最喜欢的角色（第二喜欢是Dwight）。Michael身上应该可以挖掘出很多故事，希望未来的剧集里能够讲到。

orifice: Orifice can refer, amongst other things, to a hole in the body such as the anus or vagina. It is therefore funny to hear the word if you are about eight years old. It is also funny when someone accidentally uses the wrong word in place of one that sounds similar. This is called a malapropism. Michael's problem here is that it is not so funny when he deliberately and blatantly uses a word that sounds like office and when that word is totally inappropriate in an office context. He thinks it is funny to accidentally-on-purpose insert this word into the orifice dialogue, but we just cringe at his attempt at a joke.

pack up:  1 : to gather one's belongings together and put them in a suitcase or other container for traveling He packed up and left town. 2 British, informal : to stop or quit She packs up when things become difficult.

 'to get a kick out of something' basically means to enjoy something very much. In this idiom, you could replace the word 'kick' with charge and say to get a charge out of something. They mean the same.
