最近读了《少有人走的路》一书。这本书是一个心理医生多年的从业日志。 反复阅读,颇有领悟。但我觉得这是个心理能量提升的过程,只有使自己的心理能级不停提升,才是通往幸福之路。

当艰难的一天到达夜晚时,你独自一人

当你觉得你已经忍受够了这样的生活
