四 为什么有些人可以睡很少？
She sleeps just four to five hours a night. That's because she might have a very rare （非常稀有的）and recently discovered （最近才发现的）genetic mutation（基因变异） that makes her what researchers are now calling natural short sleepers（自然短睡眠者）.
A lot of them are very optimistic and very energetic（乐观和精力充沛）.You know,they sleep fewer hours than us,but they have two jobs or three jobs or go to school full time and have two jobs at the same time,and very good multitaskers（两到三份工作、多面手）. And they also don't experience jet lag（没有飞机时差）.
Another thing very common is working very hard doing things for us so that we can stay healthy. Whatever it takes our body eight hours to accomplish,for these short sleepers,only takes four to six hours. In other words,their sleep is more efficient（睡眠效率高）.
五 如何做新疆羊肉串
STEP 1:Cut the lamb and the fat into roughly inch big cubes.
第一步，把羊肉和肥肉切成1英寸大小的方块。
STEP 2,Make the marinade by putting the olive oil,lemon juice,garlic,salt and spices into a bowl and mixing until even. Put the meat and fat in the marinade and mix until thoroughly coated,then cover,put the bowl in the fridge and leave for at least 2 hours (or overnight if you think ahead)
第二步，制作酱料（橄榄油、柠檬汁、姜、盐和香料，放在碗里搅拌均匀。把羊肉放进去，混合直到彻底被酱料包裹。盖上，放到冰箱里，2小时以上）
STEP 3:Skewer the meat,roughly 2 pieces of lean meat to one piece of fat(you don't have to eat the fat but do keep it on while cooking,as it helps keep the meat nice and tender). Pack it quite tightly so that the fat and meat are up against each other,as in the picture above.
第三步，串串。2片瘦肉一片肥肉。压紧。
STEP 4:Cook on the BBQ until you feel it's ready to eat. I prefer it so the fat is nice and crispy,but just cook it to your own preference. If you made the spice sprinkle then add it occasionally on the top of the skewers as they cook.
第四步，上烤架。按照你自己的口味。拿着香料罐子（Spice Sprinkle）不时洒在肉串上。
