本模块谈论的话题是关于“Sports Day。本节课的学习重点还是与运动相关的be going to句型,以及运动有关的词汇。用“What are you going to do on sports day?”询问和运用“I'm going to ……”谈论运动会要参加的项目。
优点:通过本节课的学习,学生们对主要词汇do the high jump, do the long jump, run the 200 metres subject, How about...?等都能够运用,对主要功能句型 What are you going to do on sports day? I’m going to do the high jump.都能灵活运用去交际应用,知识技能目标达成度较好。最后通过制作调查报告,学生通过交流都表现出了对运动和学习的积极态度。

这节课也有很多不足之处,一是练习的时候没有面相所有学生,偏重举手积极的同学,应该多鼓励不举手的同学,掌握他们的学习情况。二是,制作调查报告中,有部分同学对同学名字的英文写法有拼写错误,需要指正。
