I heard a story told by Teacher.Xue in his financial lesson: the fish men and their supervisor. Supervisor hired fish men to catch fishes on the sea. They were so strict that fish men had to sail to the sea early in the morning and couldn't come back until sunset. Though they worked so hard and caught all fishes, they only got part of fishes as reward. It seemed apparently supervisors were exploiting fish men. But it was not true.

Without supervisors fish men would properly obey their lazy and waste a lot of time and opportunities consciously or unconsciously. As a result, they would catch much less fishes.

Today I am going to ask you to be my supervisors. I will share my plan and my task as well as my proof every week. I will be 100% honest about it.You will get salaries if you see my unfinished works and no excuse is acceptable . If you can offer me some suggestions about it, I will be appreciate. It means a lot to me. Thank you.
