Gradle或者Maven下载jar包的速度很慢，可以切换为国内的镜像地址，提高下载速度。

Gradle 加速配置

Gradle中使用阿里的镜像地址：

Maven加速配置

Maven使用阿里的镜像地址，创建 settings.xml 文件， 参考文章：

所创建的文件在 .m2 文件夹里，.m2 默认地址为 C:\Users\Administrator\.m2。
