Li Bing: Hi, Lu qiong. It's almost the first of October(马上就10月1日了）. We'll have a whole week free to enjoy ourselves, what should we do?
Lu Qiong: Well, I got one of the National Day holiday guides from Students' Union.
Lu Qiong: It has a list of all the different activities happening at school and in the city.
Li Bing: Great, let's have a look.
Li Bing: On the first of October, the Drama Club is putting on a play at three p.m. It's Shakespeare's Othello.
Lu Qiong: Shakespeare ... hmm, I'm not really a fun.
Lu Qiong: How about that art exhibition on the second of October in the National Art Gallery.
Lu Qiong: It's a collection of works by Monet, a very famous French artist.
Li Bing: I have to go to my aunt's house for dinner, so I won't be able to go.
Lu Qiong: OK, There are lots of sporting events happening too.
Lu Qiong: Maybe we can try one of them.
Li Bing: Yes, They have a kong fu class for beginners in the Art Centre on the third of October.
Li Bing: I've never tried that.
Lu Qiong: I haven't either, I think it would be a lot of fun.
Lu Qiong: It's at seven p.m. so we'll have the whole day to do other things.
Li Bing: What about a day trip? On the same day, Environmental Club is organizing a trip to the beach, where students will help to clean up the beach by picking up the rubbish.
Lu Qiong: That sounds like a lot of fun. We could bring our kites and volleyball too.
Li Bing: Great idea.
Lu Qiong: I think this is going to be a wonderful National Day holiday!
