1. Science ability: Excellent. I used to follow scientific articles for years when I was a child. Science ability may suggest never to believe what you see till examining by your own hands. Have doubtful ideas to anything you find on the internet.
2. Communication: Weak. I find it is hard to persuade people who were against me. But things get better when we were on the same side. It is hard to explain some flash-new ideas to others for me. But given a period of time I can somehow find another way to solve the communication problem.
3. Algorithm: Normal. No time to dig into math problems.
4. Tooling: Good. Good at creating small tools to improve work. Writing some tiny architectures but no commercial use.
5. Miscellaneous: C#/C expert, C++ excellent, Java poor, ASM good. Database good, string processing good, parallel computing good, graphics good, Win form expert, WPF pool. Windows expert, Linux expert, AIX poor.
