INTRODUCTION

this report aims to summarise and assess the Vietnam factory situation and give some suggestions.

finding

I found some information from the factory in Vietnam, in summary, the factory has a part of the equipment that is outdated because it's over warranty. on the other hand, a significant proportion of staff has had professional skills for at least five years because the factory has a long history in a location place.

meanwhile, the factory has much low staff salary compared with us and a close to the target market, at the same time, they also have some extent of consumption ability. so compared with our current production costs have prominent advantages.

recommendations

Following the above information, I said, low production costs and rich experinece staff are advantages; the adverse aspects it has some equipment need to update. so we should appoint specifically skilled staff to inspect the factory again before making a final decision.
