这明明是没有依赖numpy的问题，开头却是说

这就让人误解为是下面这个问题

于是乎就沿着这个思路去寻找问题，结果肯定是找不到的，耽误时间
其实真正的问题点在这里：
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement numpy (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for numpy
这两行字面意思来看是找不到匹配的版本，但是实际上并不是这个样子。
其实是缺少这个依赖，压根就没有安装，然后他也不会自动安装
为什么不能直接点说：”缺少这个依赖，请手动安装！“ ？
