Hold on ！We can win.

稳住! 我们能赢。

I like this saying.  And I practice this saying through hard work with my students.

We were always  ranked the last  among the whole grade  in the last two examinations.  I felt depressed about this fact.  To be exact, I was nearly frustrated.

According to our analysis,  my students were weak in  English.  So we had no choice but to  work harder.  What I can do is to help them lay a good foundation of English to the best of my ability.

  As you can see, I thought of various ways to improve the foundation of English.

My work paid off. In the mid -term examination,  We  obviously made progress. 

Although it seemed to be nothing compared to other classes, it meant a lot to us.

  I valued my hard work.

I valued have work of my students.

Luckily,  my students gave me feedback,

  Luckily,  I considered their suggestions and I followed  some of their  practical and useful suggestions.

What is more important and luckier is that they listened to me and followed my instruction. We have  good communication between us.

No pains, no gains. I contribute the success to my  applying theory to practice.

I am more and more aware of the importance of mastering theory.
