gravitate: to be attracted to something and therefore move towards it or become involved with it
进阶篇：
gravitate 是不及物动词，意思是“移向某人某物”,"被吸引到"，后面一般跟 to 或者towards。gravitate 是gravity （吸引力）的衍生词，也是一个形象的表达。因此当我们想表达一个人的意愿和选择时，就可以用gravitate 替换 be attracted to, be interested in 等常见表达。这个词比较正式，但在口语和书面语中的频率都比较高。
注意：gravitate to/towards 本身就是被吸引到，直接说 A gravitates to/ towards B 就可以，不必再画蛇添足用被动语态。
来北京旅游的人很少不去故宫和颐和园。
