因工作长期保持不良姿势，工作狂们积劳成疾，腰肌劳损肩肌劳损是常事，你是不是常常吐槽自己不舒服呢？放假了，你是摊在沙发上还是去做spa推拿，又或者作为运动达人去练瑜伽去缓解呢？
我就因为做毕业设计，缺少休息，连外套衣服的重量都让我肩膀劳累痛苦。
