Hi Samantha,
Thanks for the advice. Can we talk some time in the middle of the week, when everything has a clear picture. You can skip the following, which is just about how I think about the current situation.
Here is my thought, I want to save 4+ hours per day (public transport also costs maybe $20+ daily, I can pay rent day by day for $35 daily), I have so many things to do, I want (have) to live there. My September rent for the current place is a shink cost. So, whether I move back 4 weeks later or not, the rent costs from both sides will be the same (assuming I eventually worked here 4 weeks as planned). Moreover, I don't want to continue to live in the present place anyway as the people are low and negative, which is also true for my current workplace (I quit yesterday). I want to be surrounded by high-level individuals, which is part of the reason I try so hard for work and personal development.
In these 4 weeks, I will try my best to have a good work performance and learn. Try to find another professional job soon. If I got another job and need to move again, just move. If not, I will try to make a living, maybe find a job nearby, it is a town center anyway.
I would still enroll in the college, as this job seems not too much helping me to steadily step into the industry and I need the COOP from the college to be the plan B. Next semester is distance education, which means I can live anywhere.
I see my life is an adventure. And I learn to enjoy it more.
Wish you all the best.
Steve
