人生信条

人生的信条和价值观，是随着年龄的成长而逐渐清晰固化的。工作以后，我把“正直做人，踏实做事”作为自己的人生信条。正直，即是坚持内心的善恶是非标准，坚持公平正义的价值导向，不急功近利，不趋炎附势，不伤害他人，不辱没自己。就如古人所言，人不可有傲气，但不可无傲骨。踏实，即是有恒心，有耐心，不因一时的困难和挫折而放弃。能够从当下做起，从眼前做起，不好高骛远，不贪多求全，注重量的积累。恰如老子所云：合抱之木，生于毫末；九层之台，起于累土；千里之行，始于足下。在过去的日子里，这个信条让我受益匪浅，在今后的人生路上，我还将继续修炼，带着这个信条，坚定前行。

The belief of my life

‘Be integrity,Be steadfast’is my belife of life.Be integrity means：keep the standard about beauty and ugliness,and certeria of right and wrong.Adhere to the value orientation of justice.Don't get rich quick.Don't hurt others.Don't disgrace yourself.As the ancients said：people do not have haughtiness but no pride.Be steadfast means：have the perseverance and patience,don't give up because of a temporary difficulties and setbacks.Start from the present and front.Don't aim high.Don't take on too much perfection.Pay attention to the accumulation amount.Just as Lao tzu said：A huge tree that fills one's arms grows from a tiny seedling;a nine-storied tower rises from a heap of erath;a thousand li journey starts with the first step.In the past,I benefit a lot from the belief,and I'll insist on the belief in the future.
