let's talk about someething about sleeping. In a human's life, an average of 6 years has been dreaming. When I was young, one thing I should do but hate doing is sleeping. I think it waste plenty of time. 8 hours! I can do many things in 8 hours! As a child full of imagination, I want to sing, dance,painting,reading in the 8 hours——it's a proprietary right for me !
when I grow up, as an adult, I know that to be in good health, you have to sleep enough. Up to now,there is only one thing that has been bothering me, is that I sleep too much. As a good sleeper,once I put my head on the pillow , the next sec,I fall asleep.
When graduated from university,I take part in the work. I find it difficult to fall asleep as usual on weekends.I become a night owl,cannot go to bed until midnight.It‘s easy to get into the habit of sleeping late,yet hard to break. Some days happened like this:the alarm did go off but all I did was yawn, turn over and go back to sleep ——Obviously,the alarm cannot wake me up.How many times, I loudly said to myself: how much time you have available for your own waste!
I BELIEVE , many people have met the same problem. In fact, high quality sleep has become a luxury for Chinese people who are living in a fast paced, high pressure environment. The main reasons for the delay in sleeping are the life pressures ,too much entertainment at night, shopping online, and the Internet.
I have tried many methods to combat with my bad habit, including taking more exercise, thinking less before go to bed, reading books instead of using the cellphone,it works!
