[Using English Everyday]8/365

A new milestone! I have reached the goal of 5,000 km in the record of NRC. Actually, I had finished more than 5,000 km several months ago. For some reason, I had not used NRC to record my running for almost half a year in 2017.

Today is the 20th day of this month, and I have finished 19 runs, totally about 69 miles.

Running has become a part of my life. I needn’t to force myself to run. I enjoy every run. In 2019, I want to run more than last year and run faster than ever.

I hope English will become one part of my life, too . I want to use English freely. English is just a tool. I hope the tool can help me become a better version of myself.
