Sublime Python Print中文输出乱码的解决方案

在原始安装的Sublime Text3中，Python编译并Ctrl+B运行，会出现的输出框打印的中文为乱码的情形。

1.其原因是：
在编译环境预设置的环境： >Tools->Build System->Python3中的设置为 "shell_cmd": "make"

2.修改方法为：
依次选择： >Tools->Build System->New Build System

将"shell_cmd": "make"替换为：

    "cmd": ["python","-u","$file"],  
    "file_regex": "^[ ]*File \"(...*?)\", line ([0-9]*)",  
    "selector": "source.python",  
    "encoding": "cp936"
}

保存为：Python_CHN.sublime-build

3.最终依次选中最新的编译环境：

Tools->Build System->Python_CHN
