AX production install - trick 20

To record AX Production install process by vendor

1. restore UAT3 model database
2. uninstall the old AOS instance
3. install a new AOS instance and database (Run AX_2012_RTM)
4. install AX_2012_CU12, only install the binary , not install Application. b.c the application is restored from UAT3 model database
