- Zimbabwe's president Robert Mugabe is defining calls to step down from office. The 93 year old address the nation on Sunday just hours after the ruling party told him to resign or facing impeachment hearings. Mugabe has been under house arrest after the military moved in on Tuesday.
- The US Navy is deploying rescue teams to Argentina to help find a lost Argentine Navy submarine. The vessle disappeared 4 days ago with 44 crew members aboard. It's unclear what happened. The vessle left port in extreme southern Argintina on Wednesday and lost contact on the way to a port on the northeast coast.
- In Washington protestors marched outside the US capital demanding more relief for Puerto Rico. The group is demanding the congress ballout the debt-burnened territory and provide more funding for hurricane Maria cleaning out. The Trump administration send congress a 44 billion disaster aid request on Friday with some lawmakers have said its way too small.
- And in NY 5 people were hurt when a section of a scaffolding crashing down on the sidewalk. It happened during windy weather on Sunday amid Manhatten's busy soho shopping district. The NYPD says all 5 injuries were minor.
