For the sake of our health,I think certain measures could be taken to prevent and tackle high blood pressure. First,we should have a balanced diet. As the saying goes,"We are what we eat". To avoid or curb high blood pressure,we are advised to cut down the amount of salt,fat and calorie we have. Second,we should exercise more often. According to some research findings,those who are on a regular exercise scheme can better prevent and control stress-induced hypertension and primary hypertension.
In short,in order to prevent and control hypertension,we need to be careful with what we eat and get ourselves off the couch to exercise more.
