The sun is always there with its light brightening everything. But it's too far from us to resist the covering of clouds. It becomes cloudy when the cloud comes and covers only sight of the sun.
Everybody knows high above the cloud, the sun is still there. But what we see and feel is the darkness of the cloud.
People nearest to you have the most effect on your mood. Maybe your surroundings are very pleasant, but the one who is beside you or the thing that is nearest to you determines whether you are happy or not.
