今日心得：L0这个任务耗时很长，从第一条录音到读到自己满意为止起码就要练习30分钟+，录音和听自己的录音差不多平均分配，但是在这个过程中还是要回到课文原始录音上去，不然很容易自己念着念着就自嗨起来，跟着自己的style走了。
昨天是快午夜了才加群，今天在群里暗中观察了一下。从昨晚入群到今天大概50人左右参与了每日的练习，但是群成员一共是1800+，还是希望更多的成员能够行动起来，相互激励！
