打开终端

cd ~
mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/ 
"/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"

第三条命令执行很费时，可以切换网络试试
我用家里移动宽带几个小时都好不了，切到手机4G几分钟就好了
