真机测试时安装程序的详情，可直接删除

2、~/Library/Developer文件夹，55G
CoreSimulator/Devices：模拟器列表
CoreSimulator/Caches：运行过的模拟器缓存文件

Xcode/Archives：打过的包，archives的时候看到的列表
Xcode/DerivedData：xcode编译缓存
Xcode/iOS DeviceSupport：真机调试支持包，可不升级xcode运行高iOS系统

3、Xcode.app，28G
iOS.simruntime日常使用删不得，tvOS.simruntime， watchOS.simruntime ，大部分开发者接触不到，可直接删除
