你没有明白刚才对话中的关键词——
Aunt Flow
Definition: a woman’s menstrual period. 女性的经期；“大姨妈”。
这个短语还可以写作“aunt flo”，发音没有区别。日常表达中，人们也经常使用period来直白地表达“月经”，只是aunt flow是更加隐晦的说法，和中文“大姨妈”的避讳意味一致。
据不权威但合理的信息，这个短语的来源是：flow即为menstrual flow，其义为“月经量”，是一个妇科英语的常用词...
之所以用aunt，有一个猜测的说法是，aunt似乎经常给人一种不太好的印象：笑嘻嘻地掐着你的脸，让你很难堪...
月经对女性带来了身体不适，就如同上述的姨妈那样。因此产生了这个说法：Aunt flow is visiting。
除此，还有如下说法：
Aunt Flow pays a visit.
Aunt Flow comes for a visit.
Aunt Flow is here.
Aunt Flow is in town.
Aunt Flo这个变体是一个双关，Flo是名字“弗洛伦丝Florence”的缩写，它的发音和“flow”完全相同，这样Aunt Flo更像是个名字。
