    In October, 2022, I signed up a lesson package in an early education institution. My kid behaved very badly, cried loudly and did not want to stay in a closed ambiance for a long time even for just ten minutes during the first course there. However, I never gave up and tried several times to put him in the classroom. Several times as I tried, he refused to go into the classroom with loud cry and tears. Guess what? Based on such a situation, the staff still wanted  to deduct a lesson. As a lesson like this is very expensive, and my kid only stayed in the classroom for about ten minutes, it was unfair to do so for me. How to handle this problem if such a thing still happen in the next course? Deduct lessons again and again? A sense of poor experience and extreme unsatisfaction occurred to my mind. Was I so silly that I paid to suffer? Therefore I requested a refund. Of course the staff refused and pursuaded me to continue with all means. I had no solutions but did as follows.

I spend a long time to negotiate with the salesman about this refund matter. All she did was just a waste of time. She had no right of decision. What she did was to pursuade and postpone time.

Complaints

There are many channels of complaints. As the institution was thick-skinned, it did not scare at all, but I tried all.

There is a mini program called “People's court online service”in Wechat. Open it according to the prompts. Search the internet for further help. There will be an answer within a week. Later, wait, wait and wait. It is a long time. Be patient. There is a mediation before the trial. The institution still kept its original opinion. No refund. Deduction of half price of my lesson package if I insisted on refund. I transferred the lesson package by myself. No way of course. So I continued to wait. Finally in July, 2023, I received a notice of trial from a judge. Someone contacted me and pretended to promise to refund in August. I was nearly cheated by her. I insisted on refund before the trial. The road of legal rights protection was hard-won. How could I destroy easily? One day before the trial, the institution refunded.

    It teaches us a lesson. Don't consume blindly. Look before you leap.
