第一种：Windows系统：
第一步：把下面这个信息加入到C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc目录下的hosts文件中去
0.0.0.0 account.jetbrains.com
第二步：浏览器访问 http://idea.lanyus.com/，获取注册码
第三步：启动pycharm，会弹出一个界面，选择activate，再选择activation code，把刚刚的注册码复制到填充框里面去，点击OK，破解完成！
第二种：Linux系统（Ubuntu、深度系统等等）
第一步：进入etc目录，修改hosts文件
root@test:~$ cd ..
root@test:/home$ cd ..
root@test:/$ cd etc/
root@test:/etc$ ls
hosts hosts1 lmhosts networks protocol services
root@test:/etc$ chmod 777 hosts
root@test:/etc$ gedit hosts #使用vi hosts 编辑命令也行
