场景：几个小伙伴星期天一起去攀岩。小天穿好护具就爬了上去，结果……
小天：啊！天哪！这么高，我怎么下来啊？！（从墙上胆战心惊地往下看）
小美：教练说跳下来的时候要弯腿往后倒，屁股着地。（抬头，两手作喇叭状放在嘴边喊）
小天：那我会摔伤腿的！
小朗：不然你就原路返回，顺着你爬过的路线。我们会帮你看着。别害怕，加油！（站在小美身边，喊）
小天：不要！我不敢下，太高了！（声音颤抖，死死抓住墙头不放）
小朗：你别急，等着我，我现在上去！（一边说一边双手抓了些防滑粉，然后爬上岩壁）
小美：小天，你先把左脚放到那个粉色的岩块上，然后再把右脚放到黄色的岩块上，再放到紫色的岩块上。
小朗：对，跟着小美的指令，我就在你身边。（爬到跟小天同样的高度）
小天：好的，我试一试吧。（在朋友的帮助下，慢慢向下爬）
（小天终于回到地面上）
小美和小朗兴奋地拍了拍小天的肩头，“朋友，你行的！”

Jane , “Put your right foot on the pink rock, your left on the yellow one , than purple one.”
Jack , “That’s right. Follow Jane’s instructions. I am at your side.” (Climb to the same hight as Tom. )
Tom , “Okay, l will try.” (With the help of his friends, he climbed down.)
(Tom reached the ground at last.)
Jane and Jack clapped Tom’s back , “You can do it, dude!”
