Pure white snow drifts from the sky,
Like innocent doves that slowly fly.
On our house we hang up lights,
Which glow brightly all through the nights.
Up we set our Christmas tree,
And decorate it for you and me.
Baubles, elves and popcorn strings,
Extra sparkly and shiny things.
Top we put on the twinkling star,
Whose glory seems to shine afar.
Into our house Santa will creep,
To deliver the presents while we’re asleep.
Then he’ll ride far, far away,
To see us laugh on Christmas Day.
