《健康》:如果我们像古代人一样吃东西,我们会更健康

    科学家建议:人们应该多吃生活在一万多年前的人类所吃的同类食物。
    科学家们表示,如果我们像古代人一样吃东西,削减油腻、咸、甜的食物,那么我们会更健康。

    Recently some American scientists have given a useful piece of advice to people in industrialized countries. They say people should eat more of the same kind of food eaten by humans living more than 10,000 years ago.

    最近,一些美国科学家向工业化国家的人们提出了一条有用的建议。他们说,人们应该多吃生活在一万多年前的人类所吃的同类食物。

    The scientists say that human life has changed greatly .Our bodies have not been able to deal with these changes in lifestyle, which has led to new kinds of sicknesses.

    科学家们说,人类的生活已经发生了巨大的变化,我们的身体还不能适应这些生活方式的变化,这就导致了新的疾病。

    They were not known in ancient times. Nowadays they  are called “diseases of  civilization"Many cancers and diseases of the blood system are examples of such diseases.

    这些病在古代并不为人所知。现在它们被称为“文明病”。许多癌症和血液系统疾病都是这类疾病的例子。

    The scientists note a change in food is one of the main differences between life in ancient times and that today.

    Stone Age people hunted wild animals for their meat that had much less fat than domestic ones.

    They ate a lot of fresh wild vegetables and fruits. But today, we eat a large amount of high-fat food.In addition we eat six  times  more salt than ancient people did and we eat more sugar as well.

    科学家们指出,食物的变化是古代和现代生活的主要区别之一。石器时代的人们猎取野生动物的肉,因为它们比家畜的肉脂肪少得多。

    他们吃了很多新鲜的野菜和水果。但是,今天,我们吃了大量的高脂肪食物。此外,我们吃的盐比古代人多六倍,我们也吃了更多的糖。

    People today probably don’t want to live like ancient people. But the scientists say that we would be much healthier  if we eat much the same way as the ancient people did,cutting the amount of fatty, salty and sweet food.               

    今天的人们可能不想像古人那样生活。但是,科学家们表示,如果我们像古代人一样吃东西,削减油腻、咸、甜的食物,那么我们会更健康。
