​聊一聊青春这个话题。

青春的话题

虽然已过不惑之年但我依然感觉自己青春依旧。前两天读到了一篇文章《青春》或者翻译成《年轻》是德裔美籍人塞缪尔.厄尔曼70多年前写的一篇只有四百多字的短文。很有感觉和大家分享一下。

​Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosycheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of theimagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springsof life.

青春不仅是生命中的一段时光，它更是一种心境，

它不仅是外表上的年轻面庞、红唇皓齿和敏捷身形，

更多的，它是一种内心的意志、一种雄奇的想象和一种活跃的情感

它是生命深处涌出的一股清泉。

​Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, the appetite foradventure over the love of ease.  This often exists in a man of sixty morethan a body of twenty.  Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.

青春就是勃发的勇气可以战胜怯懦的积习，

青春就是进取的雄心能够压倒惯常的安逸。

年轻心态可能会存在于一个六十岁的大脑中，

却不一定附着在一具二十岁的躯壳里，

没有人会因为岁月而衰老，

我们都是在丢弃理想中逐渐老去。

​Years may wrinklethe skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.  Worry, fear,self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.

岁月可以磨损你的外貌，

但放弃激情却磨损你的灵魂，

忧虑、恐惧和自弃会压弯心智，

把你的精神送进坟场，

Whether sixty or sixteen, there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonder, theunfailing child-like appetite of what's next, and the joy of the game ofliving. 

​​无论六十岁还是十六岁，

在每个人的心中，都存着对未知的渴望，孩子般对未来的好奇。还有，享受生活的乐趣。

In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the Infinite, so long are you young.

在你我的心底里都藏着一个感应器，

只要它还能从他人和大千世界中收到，

美好、希望、欢愉、勇气和能量的信号，你就还没有老。

When the aerialsare down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice ofpessimism, then you are grown old, even at twenty, but as long as your aerialsare up, to catch the waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at eighty.

一旦这感应失效，即使是二十岁，你也会在自嘲和悲观的冰霜下衰老。但只要这感应尚且灵敏，还能抓住乐观的讯息，即便八十高龄，你也能在青春中离去。

所以我认为年轻不是简单的年龄表现，我们谁也阻止不了时光流逝，我们能做的不是怨天尤人，而是坦然接受，但是只要心中怀揣梦想，不服老，坚定信念，便可以永远像１８岁一样勇敢追梦，那么，请加油，年轻人。
