At birth, you are a tremendously intelligent creature.

Your intelligence is not sophisticated but it is pure.

So this tremendously intelligent creature that you were at birth realized:

I`m in danger…

I´m no longer where I was before…

And now I am unprotected…

I am vulnerable...

I am weak…

I am defenseless...

And I won`t survive unless someone takes care of me.

Now you wern`t thinking all these things in the words that I am just using, but nevertheless the experience was there.

This is the first impression you had of yourself.

This was the beginning of your mind, the first program you put in your computer.

Ad this program is still there...

And not only is there, but it is still your main program:

I am weak,

I am helpless,

And i need somebody to take care of me...

What you can do now is talk to your mind and show her that the situation has changed, you are no longer a helpless infant...

You are an adult that can easily take care of yourself...

我需要有人照顾我...

你现在需要做的就是与你的头脑对话并告诉它情况变了，你不再是一个无助的婴儿了...

你是一个可以轻松照顾自己的成人了...
