A busy day today! There are 10 sub-companies in our group all over the country, they use the same OA system, one of my duties is to provide technical support and maintain the data they use.
This morning three sub-companies asked for help with different problems at the same time, and on top of that, my supervisor gave me a another task to find and fix a bug in the FastReport component.
By the time getting off work this afternoon, none of these tasks was done. Maybe I need an new effective tactic to do my job? Doing multiple tasks at the same time or being frequently interrupted by others will delay work. We all know that doing things one at a time is efficient, but the reality is that this situation rarely happens in an organization every day.
