Pepe Nummi，芬兰国际引导大师。他从1990年就开始领导国际虚拟团队，并且从1998年开始就任职为引导师。Pepe是一个引导的先驱者，Grape People公司（专注全球商业引导培训和服务）的创始人之一，同时也是芬兰引导师协会的首届主席。此外，Pepe是“点子交换”方法的创造者，是《引导指南》、《虚拟引导指南》和《点子交换－头脑风暴的突破创新》的作者。在漫长的职业生涯中，他给20个国家提供过引导服务，培训过超过10,000个引导师。
