Procrastination is a big problem for me, and now I faintly feel that I have this problem because I don't know why I need to those things. If I know why to do it, I will not forget to do it. Take me to gather information about professional exam of my major for example, I don't know why I need to do this, I don't think about it so I have't done that until now. But know I know why, I will do it later.
