diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such

首先报错：
unable to open file (in target "" in project "") (in target '*') Build system information
在File->Workspace Settings->Build System-> 选择 Legacy Build System

新增报错如下：
diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory
diff: /Manifest.lock: No such file or directory
error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

选中Project->选择Info tab->看看Configurations

重新选择就好了
