At the end of March one year ago, some news were broadcasted that 4 days lockdown would take place in Pudong area and then the other 4 days within Puxi area. While, instead of 4 days, the lockdown turned out to be two-month long within the whole city Shangai. What a shame!
Now as the virus was gone, it seems that everybody forget the miserable lockdown experience a year ago. But obviously neither the control policies one year ago were not down-to-earth, nor the much delayed open policies at the beginning of December last year.
If the lessons were not learned by central government, for sure stupid mistakes will be made again in future. What shall we do for this?
