If I consider that the training experience in Shanghai is a dream world,then my daily life now is my real world.Welcome back to my real world.
Yesterday was the first work day after I returned. Everything is the same like before,everybody here is who I familiar with.they are friendly,they are busy,and they are loving kids.I like my real world.
But,how to combine the skills and knowledge I learnt with my daily work is what I really care about.It was sad to tell the truth that during yesterday's work I was totally in a mass.
1,About the lesson plan.
We need to write down the lesson plan for the totally 90 mins in real work,but we were asked to write down the lesson plan for 40 mins in training days.
Solution:I should check the lesson plans of the level1 on the web,and I also need to read the whole textbooks,including three levels.this task should be finished by this Sunday.
2,About the working language.
It becomes easier to chat with my Foreign teacher,which proved that my english is improved during the past two days.The whole english environment truly will be better for improving english ability.
I know that I need to use english as my working language only,but to my Chinese colleges I couldn't help to speak in Chinese.
Ok,please be relax.I changed my mind that I could only speak english to all of them.May be I can speak a little english to them first,then gradually speak more english each day.
Anyway,it doesn't matter too much.
3,About the spoken english.
Yes,I can be confident in front of a foreigner now ,and I can chat with he or she casually.But there is still a long distance to speak like a native english spoken person.
I still need to practice more.Remember,practice makes perfect.
4,About the rules in my class.
I already set the rules for asking leave,but I didn't execute it yesterday. I need to talk to the parents next Wednesday,I should prepare this in this week.
5.About the working place.
I thought we all should work in the office.but today I suddenly realize that I can work at home. I can use our courseware at home,I can use our online books at home.Wow,good idea,so go to work now.
