Helloeveryone, It was my pleasure to give presentation in here. My name is Qiu Ming. I work in a US company which provide package solution for all kinds of product,If anyone who need package service, welcome to your inquiry. Today my topic is “CommunicationManagement”. We had learned this subject together on Dec. last year. Did you remember it? I am going to talk it in three parts.

What is the key point of communication?

How to organize asuccessful communication?

What’s kind of strategieswe could take to improve communication?

 First, I’d liketo introduce what is the key point of communication?

It is feedback, Ourcomprehension ability & background are different. Feedback is veryimportant way to make sure both you & your audience totally understand each other.

   Then , I move to the next question how to organize a successful communication?

Goodwill--- Deliver goodwill to audience to establish the trustrelationship before getting into the main topic.

You-attitude --- That's mean put yourself on others shoes.Respect your audience if they have different opinion with you.

Creditability --- That’s mean increase your valuable & brandyourself. People who is very easy persuaded by experter who have their personalbranding. For example, Someone told me before “body movement” is the most efficientway to teach children learn English. I doubted it. But when I heard this pointfrom my professional English teacher Mary, I definitely believe it now.

    Finally, I will intruduce which kinds ofstrategies we could take to improve our communication management ?

Communicator strategy:  It includes self-cognition & self-position.

Audience strategy: You need know more about your audience. Asksome questions before communication. Who are they? What do they would like toknow? How are they feeling? How to inspire them?

Message strategy: Peoples’ attention is very easy distractedespecially we live in an information explosion time. How could we organizemessage & make people get your points? First ,set up your purpose, then stateyour opinions at the beginning and conclude it at the end.

Channel choice strategy: There are many ways to communication. Formalor informal, writing or oral. individual or public.We should choose the rightway to make the communication more efficient.

Culture strategy: The communication is not only happened in China but also in abroad ,Understand their culture could make the communication more smooth.

   Well,let me sum up the main points again. Feedback is the key point of goodcommunication. Three factors to help us organize a successful communication, including goodwill, your-attitude, creditability.Take 5 strategies to improve communication skill, Communicator strategy, Audience strategy,Message strategy, Channel choice strategy, culture strategy.
