Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed

4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app
5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used

这种的一般是马甲包开发跟贷款，金融类的APP居多
自己做的什么事自己心里都清楚，就不多说了
方法（不一定都适用）：
1.如果确定APP并没有以上此问题，则直接回复苹果：经过仔细排查，并未发现以上问题。。。。（态度要好一些）
2.如果有，那就删除或隐藏，不过隐藏的话要注意一下机审，所以我这边是建议：先删除等过了机审，再隐藏(这个并不能保证)
