Hearing some noises from the bathroom, I opened my eyes.
Day was breaking; it was light.
"Maybe it was half pass six now. "I thought.
I sat up, and stretched myself.
It was time to get up.
I got off the bed silently, so that my little girl could still sleep deeply.
I went to the bathroom first, when it was free.
Then, I unrolled my yoga mat and spread it on the floor in front of the desk.
And then, I set my iPad ready on the keep-fit video.
After finishing the preparation, I stood on the mat, and started to do the exercises following the video.
It was easy to work out a plan to keep fit, but things fallen apart when my life got disrupted.
I couldn't get up early, or my little girl got up too early and asked for my hug, or my menstruation came, etc.
All those things discouraged me and made me back out the project again and again, but the fear of ill health made me start again and again.
This time I made up my mind not to give up.
Each time when I felt painful and wanted to quit, I recited the sentence, “It's practice, it's training and experimenting, while pushing through the pain to be the best that I can be.”
Then I had enough strength of mind to keep going, and focused on the feeling of the contractions of thigh muscles and abdominal muscles.
I hope it is my last try to make the habit of regular exercise.
