To be honest ,I'm not big on doing sports .But I do know the importance of doing some exercise. I am always planning to put it on my schedule but end up with sedentary life.
I can still remember these days when I was in university . I ran around our gym almost every day ,which helped me a lot in keeping healthy as well as shaped.Sweating heavily can truly lighten your mood and allow you to sleep tight ,enhancing both physical and mental health.
I'd like to share you with my experience of learning how to swing hula hoops. I had long believed it was so cool a thing to swing hula hoops as I failed to do it for many times before I finally made it.One time, my sister taught my brother-in-law and me to swing hula hoops.It took my brother-in-law only a few minutes to swing successfully.For me,I could swing for less than a minute and soon,of course,I ran out of patience. On one afternoon at home,I was kind of boring when I got a glimpse of the hula hoop at the corner . I wanna give it another shot. At first,the same thing happened.Suddenly,it hit me how it could work.Then I officially joined the ranks of swinging hula hoops.Yeah,aren't you happy for me?
I always use a lame excuse that I don't have time for doing any sport.Sucks,right? If I can't find a better excuse, I guess there's no delay for it any more.
