These days I felt drowsy every morning. It is the reason that I sleep about 23.30 and get up at 6.30.
Recently I found I had a sad thought in mind everyday. I was filled with negative mood for my family and my marriage. I know it is not right. I should find the good habits or feature for him. Tough I thought had blind eyes to know him.
What happy things happen today? Maybe it's work. I can only achieve fillments from work or about tech skills.
